Pipelync is operated by Diginnovents ("we," "us," "our"), based in Cebu, Philippines. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and our booking/contact forms, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

When you use the "Book a call" or contact forms on this site, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Any details you provide about your business or scheduling preferences
We do not collect payment information through this website. Payment details, if applicable, are handled separately once you become a client, through our service provider's own secure payment tools.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a discovery call
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and related updates
- With your separate consent, to send occasional marketing or promotional messages
- To improve how we run Pipelync and communicate with prospective and current clients
3. Text messages (SMS)
If you provide your phone number and check the consent box on our booking form, you agree to receive text messages from Pipelync related to your discovery call and, if separately opted in, marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
4. Who we share data with
We use GoHighLevel as the platform that powers our booking, contact, and messaging tools. Your data is processed through their infrastructure on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, maintain our client relationship, or as required by law. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
6. Your rights under the Data Privacy Act
As a Philippine business, we comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). You have the right to:

- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Object to processing, or withdraw consent
