Note: these terms cover use of the website only. If you become a Pipelync client, the specific pricing, deliverables, and cancellation terms for that service are set out in a separate client agreement, not this page.

1. Use of the Site

This Site is provided to inform you about Pipelync's services and to let you book a discovery call. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to misuse any form, booking tool, or content on it.

2. No guarantee of availability

We aim to keep this Site accessible, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site without notice.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — text, design, logos, the Pipelync name and monogram — belongs to Diginnovents unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.

4. Third-party tools

Booking and scheduling on this Site is handled through GoHighLevel, a third-party platform. Your use of that booking widget is also subject to GoHighLevel's own terms, which we don't control.

5. No professional advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, or business advice. Content is for general informational purposes about our services.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diginnovents is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Cebu, Philippines.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
